Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the positions of Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Data Entry Representative at our office located in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, responding to calls/messages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The Data Entry Representative will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data records in the system.
Candidates should be attentive to detail, organized, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
